Race Night Booking Information
Booking a race night is easy - either email us with your requirements or go to the
Contact Us page, fill it in, leave us your number, where the event is to take place and a date for the event and press submit! We will call you back and take the relevant details.

When you book we will send you a confirmation for you to sign and return as well as posters, a race card, dual forecast sheets and our booklet on getting the best out of your race night (which will prove invaluable).
Once your booking is made then you can concentrate on making your race night an event to remember. We'll provide all the help and advice you need to ensure your race night is a great success. You can call and email us at any time.
On the night we do all the hard work and the complicated stuff! We will also help if you have raffles, presentations and announcements to make during the course of the evening. Our comperes are extremely professional - you will find them easy to work with and between them have many years of experience in fund raising environments - they fulfil the role of hosting the race night as well as making sure other aspects of the evening run smoothly and to plan!
We carry full public liability insurance - on any event that involves the public, you must ensure your race night company takes it's responsibility seriously and is up to the job!
