Payment is normally required a minimum of 7 DAYS before the event date to enable the Event Hire Package to arrive at least 5 days beforehand.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the booker or Royal Mail. The DVD races and Tote Tickets are despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. The cost of delivery is added into the hire fee at the checkout stage.

If the Hire Package has not arrived at least 4 days before your engagement (depending upon the booking/paying date) then please telephone without further delay.

It is strongly recommended that each DVD is tested before the event on the actual player to be used. All our DVD’s are tested and 99.9% of DVD players will play them properly. However, upon receiving the DVD races themselves it is your responsibility to check each DVD and notify us in advance with enough time for us to send replacements if there are any media errors.

We will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any DVD failing to play at an event.

Please return the films within 7 days of the event to avoid incurring additional hire charges.

A copy of these terms and conditions will be included with your initial hire package.

We use Pay Pal for all on-line payments. It is 100% secure. If you have a Paypal Account then enter your details as normal after you have clicked the Pay button. You don't have to be a Pay Pal account holder to use our cart. You can still pay on-line, just click the "Click to Pay ?" button and you can pay directly with your credit or debit card.
