Many clients just want to hire a DIY package as they know how they want their race night to run. If you want to organise a race night for yourself and are looking for a DIY package, why not just hire the films and tickets - we can do this for you too!

We provide all the information you will need on how to run a race night, send you the films and tote tickets as well as posters, a race horse selling sheet, tote sheets and a master race card for you to photocopy and use on the night . You'll need to organise some projection equipment, a DVD Player and a PA system or play the films back just using a TV. We'll provide all the help you need to ensure your race night is a success! We supply race night packages to the UK and Europe - although you have to speak English!! All you have to do is return the films to us as soon as possible after your event - the hire package will be supplied with a preaddressed envelope to make it easy for you to return - as easy as that!

Race Night DIY/Hire only packages include films and tickets to run 8 individual races. The races themselves are supplied as individual DVD's. More races and tickets are available although years of experience tells us that 8 races is generally more than enough! Email us to find out more if you require advice in this area. An 8 race DIY Hire Only package is currently £75.00 + £10.00 P+P (the usual price is £99.00 + £10.00 P+P). The packages are valuable so we always send Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you just need race night tote tickets, then we also supply these! Useful if you have your own films and just need some race night tickets to run the tote desk. The cost for 6400 tickets with 8 runners in each race and 8 races is £30.00 + £7.00 postage (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery). This is enough tickets to cater for approx 150 - 200 guests at an event.
